Our Driving Division was established in Northampton in 2004 by Adrian Phillips and Adam Holby, who both hold HGV Class 1 Driving Licences. We have gone from strength to strength and now have major contracts across the whole of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent and London.
Due to the continued success of our Driving Division, we established our Industrial Division in 2009. It was initially established to cater for the needs of our current clients within the Driving Division. Since then we have developed relationships with many other customers supplying anything from Pickers and Packers to Chefs, from warehouse cleaners to fork lift truck drivers (Reach, Narrow Aisle & Counter Balance).

We aim to open 2 new branches of XP Recruitment in 2017, further expanding our ability to assist, whatever our Workers and Clients needs are.
We have now opened our 1st new branch for 2017 on Siskin Drive, Coventry. Just near Coventry Airport and Tollbar End, off of the A45.
